      • Prices per night in $USD (plus 16% Mexican Value Added Tax)

      • Ten percent premium added to rates for Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day and Thanksgiving.
     
      • Service Fee: 10% of total pre tax rental fee payable directly to staff
     
      • Max Capacity: 12 guests unless prior permission
     
      • Minimum rental period: 7 days in holiday and high season, 5 days in low season
